I wasn’t ready for this!

The location is unbeatable, steps away from both the cathedral and Zocalo, perfect for exploration. My stay was marred by some noise disturbances and a few issues with room amenities. The staff were generally helpful, but the lack of basic comforts made my night less enjoyable than I had hoped.

stellar location

attentive staff

The location is excellent, just steps from the main square, super convenient for late-night walks. I really appreciated how attentive the staff was when I needed extra towels, they came right away, no waiting.

It wasn't exactly cheap but still acceptable.

The location near the zocalo was perfect for walking around. We loved our visit to the nearby SKY Bridge Puebla, which offered stunning views of the city. Plus, exploring the vibrant streets with my family, including mum, was a highlight of our trip.

Great location but a little weird

I stayed for a night as part of a group tour, though I had my own room. The room was huge but kinda dark, and I woke up to cars parked right outside. The bathroom was clean, and the free WIFI was a nice plus. The location is super convenient for exploring Puebla, which I loved!
